Disturbing Clicky Sound

Must be a bit paranoid when my first thought when uploading this was “What if somebody recognises my HDD set-up??” – joys of running an anonymous back channel 
This is the sound my iMac backup disk is making – a lot. But according to Disk Doctor and a few other apps it is, and I quote “Apparently fine” … I have my doubts :/
